Mission Statement

 Community Outreach Service Center provides a variety of community-oriented programs to the Curtis Park/Five Points area.  These innovative programs confront social problems identified by the community.  High priority concerns are employment issues, counseling, youth and family dynamics, alcohol and drug abuse, education, and spiritual values. 

Counseling 

With an emphasis on the family, the Community Outreach Service Center provides the following counseling services:

Youth 

A solid future depends on nurturing solid young people today.  The Community Outreach Service Center offers the following youth activities:

Education 

Knowledge empowers individuals, who in turn, empower the community in which they live.  The Community Outreach Service Center provides the following educational programs:

·        GED, ABE, ESOL 

Housing 

Prison and Veteran Care

The Community Outreach Service Center provides aftercare for men coming out of prison and cares for homeless veterans.
